I just went on a college visit to Vassar. This was the last of my first-round visits, and on Thursday, I start my second round, of going to classes, staying overnight, etc. At this stage in my collegitude, I have a short list of five: Bryn Mawr, Smith, Swarthmore, Wellesley, and Vassar. I have curly hair. I don't quite know when or how this happened, or why I didn't notice before. But, quite definitely, I now have curly hair. It's also red, which it wasn't before either, but that I have no difficulty understanding, as I put the henna in deliberately.
