Ok, the only thing I remember hearing about the whole Jane Fonda thing was that there was a POW that she shook hands with and he passed her some kind of note to give to his family. Instead of giving it to his family, she turned it into his captures and he suffered for that later...I'm not pro-war myself, but that was pretty fucked up...Especially when you read what these men went through.

Yeah, I know. It's sad. When some people, i can't speak for all, join the military, they do it for their own benefits. (school, travel, SCHOOL, experience, a trade) They don't expect to die for their country. It's the last thing on their mind. (Mine atleast) They don't expect to become prisoners of war..and for an icon at the time to do something like that, pissed a lot of people off--and as you could tell, people still havent forgotten Hanoi.

the only thing i heard was she posed with that gun. nothing about her doing anything like that to an american.
