I know what its like to get on a roll and not be able to stop. Glad your hubby is (has learned to be!) a sounding board for you. That's what you need. And to be nice to yourself. Its okay to be down. It happens. And talking to a trainer about your eating habits is a good thing, even if you might not like what she has to say. I just hope she's professional enough to say it in a constructive way, and you're healthy enough to hear it in one.
