I'm glad to know this one is pretty goodit's one I also entered in to win, and I'm glad someone got it that could appreciate it. ^_^ It sounds interesting, up my alley but in a way that keeps me doubtfulit seems like it could easily slip into the realm of twee, which doesn't make it bad but does mean I might not love it. I'm not sure yet if it'll go on my TBR list.
Oh YAY. I haven't read that one yet, but her very first book, "Garden Spells" is pretty much one of my favoritest books ever. Good real story with just a touch of magic. I've reread it several times. After that, different characters, is "The Sugar Queen", and that one's not as good as "Garden Spells" but I still enjoyed it a great deal.
