Loss is never an easy thing to deal with, and from what I recall of past years on this date, I'm proud that you're able to look at it in such a positive light now, or as much positively as you can. Good for you! Hope all else is well in Erin world.

This as always surfaced in my world too. At least I'm not living with it across the road now....But it remains an altering event for all of us who lived it in any way. Time and distance and moving on in your own life help but the memory, ever so clear lingers on.

And, on a brighter note...and you may know this but I THINK that the survivor has just gotten married?

I heard that was in the works- if it's the same girl I met once, she seems sweet. Always nice to know that more of us once-angsty types are finding love out in the world. :)
