Thank you, Lovers. ♥ Will speak more soon, but not right now.
Can we officially conclude that if there are Goddesses/Gods of Dumpster Diving, they love me? This was in a zipped up bag, so it was as clean as can be:
I swear, dumpster diving convinces me that something is looking out for me. The first night we went diving, we found a Harry Potter poster and fae wings. It was incredible!
I know! I can't believe how lucky I am. I'm a little sad because I've heard dumpster diving in Vancouver is pretty much useless. Regina dumpsters are MAGIC. Or, if you're feeling cynical, hopeless, because the amount of perfectly good stuff that gets thrown away that I can't save...I think it's mostly the area I live in? There's a LOT of apartments, and a high immigrant and student population, so there is a lot of moving that goes on each month.
Cuddlepile, eeeeeee :D Those comforters look amaaaazinnggggg. I just want a house with a room full of mattresses with pillows & blankets (mostly comforters) because hnnnngh
And that-- is it a dress? It looks really amazing. :))
I know! It was pretty tragic to see so many of them valentines in a gigantic puddle, but we did save some. ):
The big comfortor is my "Ozzie blanket" (Ozzie was my first cat who died in 2010). The bastard spilled an ENTIRE JAR OF INDIA INK ON IT. I didn't have the heart to throw it out. So stained as it is, it is the biggest and best comforter ever. And it makes me think of him, which is good.
Haha, awwwww. And it looks huge & squishy & comforting. Comforters really live up to their names. I want one with my all the time. i will be Linus with a comforter wait what
I support this truck idea, though how'd they get everything there intact? Without flying out? A tarp? Another car? But still. ALL THE YES-ES IN THE WORRRRRRRRRRRLD. I support areas of squishy comfort. ;~;//
Also I love Keri Smith. I have her guerrilla art book, but I have been slacking on my glamourbombing and so haven't used it yet. Soon! I can't remember if she has instructions for seed bombs, but I think I'm going to implement that idea soon.
I adore her books. I actually just got the guerrilla art book in the mail last month. There is a recipe! We're planning a massive seed bomb attack in the spring. I've actually been slacking at glamourbombing, too. But we did one last night! It was awesome. I always forget how awesome it makes me feel. ♥
