Cooking Experiment #2

As much as an experienced cook as I am, there are certain facet of american cookings that fazes me. There are strange things called 10 minute eggs, 4 minute eggs, and 3 minute eggs. I have not heard of such things!! The only "10 minute egg" I know of is invented by one of our family friend's mother-in-law and it is where you put the egg in a steamer and steam it for 10 minutes and it is perfect XD Since they steam bagels too (makes them taste SO much better than toasted!) they put it in the hole to keep it upright and call it a bird nest XD

How do you make 1 minute egg?? or 3 minute egg?

Literally just boil them for the amount of time listed.

wow really?? I want to try that then... does the whites get cooked at least? I like soft yolks, but cooked whites XD

The white is cooking, but the yolk is still gooey.
