Okay, call out to Madison-area friends. I once went to a great Laotian restaurant in Madison. I remember it was very delicious, the space was pretty small, and had a really cool interior paint job - tone on tone stripes in the dining room, and big flowers painted on the wall in the restroom. Can you help me identify this place
