Here in the near future, I'm going to start getting myself a monthly massage. When working out daily, I think it helps. Makes the muscles release tension that normally would take longer to let go of.

Such things are stuff of magic from the hands of a trained professional.

Pure magic I tell you.

It can radically change your outlook on life for a tad when you have had a good session.

And the rumor has it if one can afford to go through a full regimen of such treatment it can do amazing things for helping the body break up scar tissue from old injuries.

If one can't they are still marvelous.

The world is full of too much tension. If they can relieve a bit of it - even if only for a while - than it is totally worth it.

Now, if they can help relax my muscles so they stop pulling my spine out of alignment ... more power to them!

And I agree, pure magic!

I agree. I've been wanting to get a massage for quite a while. I was seeing a therapist for a short while and she managed to rid me of a pain I'd had in my thigh for like 2 years in only 3 sessions. I felt beat up afterwards, but then then next day or later that afternoon I felt like a flexible highschool girl again. wink wink.
wah...! now I want one too!

The Massage Therapist at my Chiropractor's charges $1/minute (i.e., $30 for a half hour, $60 for an hour) ... and she's damn good.

I'm just glad that its included in my year plan - and that I have a year plan for that matter. :)
