*ROFLMAO* That was CLASSIC! I can't believe that woman was stupid enough to say that! I agree with Diane wholeheartedly. I had a woman I go to church with compliment me on my weight loss and said how nice my dress pants looked on me. My mother and I both stared at her for just the sheer gall of her saying that to me! And it's not just people who don't conform to the 'thin is beautiful' ideal. If a parent has a screaming child, the child is a spoiled brat automatically and I've seen people tell parents that they need to discipline their child. They don't take into consideration that the kid might be tired or bored from having to walk around for a couple of hours or hungry or not feeling well. It's 'That child is spoiled and needs to be disciplined'. It happens everday.
First off, I love your icon. "Scrubs" is teh awesome. :)
Second...I'm so glad she came back with such a snarky response. It was perfect and hysterical. I wish I'd been able to think of something like that to say when I've had people ask me if I'm pregnant, when I'm due, etc. Actually, that's one of my biggest motivators to exercise. I don't want people thinking I'm pregnant until I'm pregnant again, lol.
