Ok, so I only lost 1 pound this first week of Weight Watchers. I thought I wasn't doing it right. I am eating correctly except for one thing.... I've been eating about 50% of my points in the evenings, late in the evenings

Yea, I'm being pretty good about that. I've been drinking more than the usual 8 glasses/day. The main problem is that I'm eating well over half my daily intake AFTER 8 pm and up until I get into bed. I've gotta eat more of my intake during the day and less at night.
