Children of Men is really good and everyone should see it. There are a couple scenes with really long takes that are mind blowing !

Also the heros are liberal activists!

not completely sure about best movie of 2007, but way way up there. it was ridiculously good on all levels.

Actually, best film of 2006 since it was released everywhere except the US in 2006. And understandably why.

Anyway, to answer your question, there are lots of aspects of the film that are pretty anti-American/British/coalition forces.
