There's a methed out dude sitting across from me at a cafe talking all kinds of gibberish, and I can't help think that it's kinda funny. He does have a certain upbeat tone that is appealing. I honestly can't even write done exactly what he's saying, except he asked the cafe owners to take down the survellience camera.
