i don't really know the details of this video, it doesn't show the details of the accident which could be convenient for either party involved, but i can definitely say from personal experience driving around this city that not all but a lot of bikers are arrogant, unsafe, rude, pushy, and very pompous. While i drive around obeying all traffic laws i see bikers nearly getting in accidents all the time for forgoing traffic laws, no matter what you have to stop at a stop sign, bikers blow through them all the time, no one looks when they shoot through a red light or a stop sign, they think hand signals can get you all the way across fell or oak without getting killed. it's really dangerous, i mean exceptionally dangerous and potentially fatal. also the lack of helmets is just insanity. all in all i love biking, i have no problem with bikers but what i do have a problem with is a lack of responsibility on the part of the biker and the lack of enforcement this city imposes on bikers just because biking is an excellent measure toward
