so, it kind of occured to me that i want to do a Crestomanci/FOB crossover? well, more of a crestomanci/wentzverse crossover. Because, y'know, Diana Wayne Jones, how can it not. My only problem is that i need a plot arc like a son of a bitch, so, um. Help?

great! cause i don't know, i was reading the books over, and i could just totally see Joe as like the reckless footman, or whatever. it just made sense :D

OH HOLY CRAP I LOVE YOU SO MUCH. Seriously, I don't think I ever met anyone else who even read those books.

Well, obviously Patrick has to get tapped as the new Chrestomanci. And he's all shy and insecure and doesn't think he has any special abilities whatsoever. And then Pete has to be his tutor, with whom he eventually has an inappropriate relationship. And...things happen? Magical ones?

Yeah, that's just my idea.

and hmm. we'll have to flesh out the characters, build up some plot twists and everything, but i think une Romance Avec La Andy, is in order.

...oh god, PLEASE don't let this be a chaptered fic, :(

Regarding character development: I see Andy as being really strict, and thinking Patrick is dumb at first just 'cos he never really says anything, but then somehow it comes out that he is a friggin' genius, so Andy eases up a bit and develops more of an intellectual rapport with him that deepens over time.
