So apparantly i WAS supposed to go to that awards thing and my dad just never told me about the letter, which for some reason is making me really deeply sad right now, because i (i know i have a terrible ego but it's true) was really disspointed not to be getting anything, when everyone i knew had gotten the thing that told them to go. I compleltely agree about how stupid they are. It's rediculous to care, and yet, i think leah clarifies it below, because it's just kinda depressing to see society recognize something good in the people around you and be left out. That's the only thing i felt sad about
