- Write the first sentence
- Write the last sentence on page fifty
- Write the second sentence on page one hundred
- Write the next to the last sentence on page one hundred fifty

- Let your friends guess what book it is.
Book #1
It is said that fifty-three years after his liberation he returned from the Golden Cloud, to take up once again the gauntlet of Heaven, to oppose the Order of Life and the gods who ordained it so.
I drink with the bards and the astrologers, with the actors and the servants, the coachmen and the tailors.
The One in Red smiled, showing a long row of even, white teeth.
"Do you feel that confidence to be unwarranted?"
As the wearers of the saffron robe still meditate upon the Way of Light, and the girl who is named Murga visits the Temple daily, to place before her dark one in his shrine the only devotion he receives, of flowers.

There was once a young man who wished to gain his Heart's Desire.
Tristan packed a bag, and his mother brought him six red, ripe apples and a cottage loaf and a round of white farmhouse cheese, which he placed inside his bag.
It glittered in the moonlight.
He transferred the reins to his left hand, and extended his right hand.
She says nothing at all, but simply stares upward into the dark sky and watches, with sad eyes, the slow dance of the infinite stars.
Book #3
I heard the mailman approach my office door, half an hour earlier than usual.
So sue me.
I didn't just leap out of bed and go see her, of course.
The Arcane is going to have a field day with this one, if it gets out.
I'm in the book.

He was making aimless gestures with his hands, and there were beads of sweat on his forehead.
We're still planning a withdrawal to the southeast?
If just surviving can be counted as a win, I was way ahead of the game.
