I've far too many of these silly RP accounts, so I thought I'd make a proper list. It's the only way I'll manage to keep track of myself.
Doctor Who
lastadventure, The Doctor (hypothetical thirteenth incarnation). Picked up because certain of my friends are bad influences on me.
hi_amy, Amy Pond. Picked up because I'm kind of in love with Karen Gillan. Yeah, kind of. You have a problem with that? Plays at brb_gallifrey.
donna_human_no, Donna Noble. Picked up entirely because she's fantastic for harassing Doctors.
27_times, The Doctor (ninth incarnation from The Curse of Fatal Death). I admit, this one was entirely my own idea, though I seem to have managed to lure someone in as a canonmate Master. :)
and_we_lost, The Doctor (ninth incarnation). Picked up on a whim, but I'm growing quite fond of him.
evenyoucharley, Mila. Not sure why I did this, as her whole story-line makes me terribly sad. She really needs a Charley to play off of...
whoneverwas, Charlotte Pollard (Charley to her friends). My second RP character and certainly the one I find easiest to play of this entire lot. Plays at landoffiction and brb_gallifrey.
the_7thdoc, The Doctor (seventh incarnation). Because Seven just doesn't get enough love.
jestsatscars, The Valeyard.
the_5thdoc, The Doctor (fifth incarnation). My very first RP account. Five's particular brand of awesome requires no further enumeration. Plays at brb_gallifrey.
noblest_romana, Romana II. Picked up because an in-character comment in her voice appeared fully-formed in my head. Just needed the account to make it go.
nothingonly, Sarah Jane Smith (vintage Sarah). A friend (ahem) of mine picked up a Three. I felt like I didn't have anyone who would talk to him. Thus was born this Sarah Jane account. I'm pretty terrible at it.
just_as_clever, Zoe Heriot. This one is entirely Big Finish's fault, though I've since gone back and watched most of Zoe's serials, as well. Brilliant and adorable and with terribly odd taste in clothing. Plays at landoffiction.
in_ourselves, Theta Sigma (in his Academy days).
Buffy the Vampire Slayer/Angel
abitofafish, George. I find him to be a highly entertaining side-character from the comics-verse, but some people hate him. Alas for them!
waswilliam, Spike. Needs no introduction.
Sherlock (2010 series)
you_miss_it, John Watson. John is so unlike any other characters I play that I really can't explain why I picked him up. Except that Martin Freeman is an absolutely adorable human being.
House MD
noreasontolie, House. Though I play him terribly rarely.
Marvel
own_best_friend, Emma Frost. I was rereading Grant Morrison's New X-Men and this account is the result.

she_bullied_me, Calcifer. Noticing a pattern? Calcifer's the talking fire.

youalwaysforget, Dream. Made to play with a friend. Realized after I made it that I'm total rubbish at playing him. Oops. Canon review time, maybe?
Mass Effect (2)
atypical_ai, EDI. Came up with (what I thought was) a clever thread idea for her and went off and made the account. Then someone else used my clever idea first, leaving poor EDI quite unloved.
Luther
complement_me, Alice Morgan. Everyone's favorite psychopath: not to be confused with everyone's favorite sociopath, which would be Sherlock. I am entirely convinced that there is room for epic crossover between these two fandoms.
Harry Potter
12_years_lost, Sirius Black. Oh, Sirius, you were always my favorite. I'm a terrible latecomer to the fandom, but the latest movie release sparked my interest. My interest in a dead character, apparently, but still...
