Because I misheard one word, I accidentally told this girl in German class that she should go out wearing only a guitar. Then I said she should go do dinner wearing only a potato. Now she probably thinks I'm some wierd creep

ok well, in france like 4 days ago i tried to complement a waiter on the service but instead i insulted him and the restaurant after which i had to right him a little note of apology. Then like 2 days ago i tried asking for a trashcan in a shoe store in france and i said "vous êtes un poubelle?" which means "are you a trashcan?" she was very unhappy about it... i corrected myself and she said it was ok... but something tells me that searing look she gave me was not an "I love you" look.
