Yeah, everybody keeps asking me if it's more money, but it's all about growing myself so I can make more money in the future. I'm really excited about it, new responsibilities means new experiences, which I desperately need.

Hee, I know. The photos don't really do him justice... his face is all hard angles and solid lines. I really want to just paint on him, like a 3D canvas.
