Dusting off the ole blogging skills to go with my new(ish) tumblr skills.

I haven't really kept up to date with a journal in ages, like not since 2008?

But hey, new fandom, that I'm ACTUALLY involved in, writing fic and making fan mixes, and playing in RPs.

So let's try this again.

I miss making friends and writing down my thoughts.

Welcome back! I friended you over at Dreamwidth because it is my back up journal. I also have twitter, facebook, and tumblr, but apart from the gaming I do on FB there isn't much I do at any of those. Heck, I've never figured out how to use Tumblr properly. x_x

Haha, tumblr is a beast. I only learned because I somehow managed to join an RP on it, and they let me use them as my tumblr guide.

I use twitter a lot, but mostly just for non-fannish, real life things.

It's good to see you back on here. :) There seems to be a mini-trend lately of people coming back to LiveJournal, whether or not they're active on other sites...

If you'd been more active on here earlier, I would've asked if you were going to Dragon*Con again this past year, as I did.

I think we're missing the sense of community that LJ (and similar) offered... Tumblr is great, but it's really hard to meet people and make friends on it.

I didn't even go to Dragon*Con, and I'm still sorry I missed you! I actually haven't been since that year that we met. Mostly I just do New York Comic Con and PAX East, though I'm dying to get back to Dragon*Con, and make it to SDCC and PAX Prime at least once in my life.
