nice little steam recipe...
on open source food...
shame the little steamer might smell of fish after this...i have two now...one for veggies, one for fish...(the simple ones from xenos)...smart to put little leeks under the fish to keep it from sticking)

Good thing I don't like most fish then.. ;)
I wish I would.. but I can't stand that distinct fishy/sea flavour of most fish.. it's in seaweed too sometimes. I love some white fish though, and tuna is the best thing ever. So.. maybe I can do this with cod or something, though I'm not sure the taste is anything like sea bass. But it looks so good!
I made this in a big electric steamer, but I have a little wooden basket as well, so smell would be no problem :)

That site looks good, by the way! Thanks

yep yep :)

freely adapted my recipe from here

Oh wow, een ZELFGEMAAKTE bapao! Ik wist niet eens dat dat KON! (Hoe naief!)
Ik heb vandaag wat meer tijd om te koken, dus ik ben het koken en papillotte aan het herontdekken. Mmmmm!
