Thanks! Part of my inspiration for this was doing a take on the Tim-as-a-prostitute, that didn't end in sexytimes, so it's good to know that the realistic take worked. And yes, them being BFF is not used enough in my opinion, they make awesome friends.

This was superb! I really thought you did an amazing job capturing just how much this task for the Mission takes on Tim. It's easy to brush it off as not having an impact on the boys when they have to immerse themselves in these situations for "Justice!", but you really explored what it does to those participants.

It was great to see Kon being so concerned, and sticking to his guns despite Tim's insistence that he go. Obviously it really paid off for Tim in the end. But, it also reinforces what a great friend Kon is, and how comfortable Tim ultimately is with him when he let Kon stay at the next.

Again, great job!

I set out to make this sort of.. awful, so it being difficult for Tim was part of that and I'm glad it came across. I imagine there's a lot of Mission things that are really difficult for the boys, but it's, as you said, for Justice! so they can't do anything about it.

Kon is the greatest BFF ever, and he's gonna stick around even if Tim pulls out the kryptonite and tries to make him go away.

This was really cool, especially since it flies in the face of a lot of cross-fandom cliche and nonsense. I'm totes impressed with how the emotional impact of the story is really carried in the actions and interactions between Tim and Kon, I got caught up in feeling anxious for Tim without actually having Kon's anxiety laid for me, Show Instead of Tell was Super Effective. And it was very sweet, very real, too, which of course made it all the sweeter.

The part where Kon saw the clothes and crunched the perp's wrist, and to a lesser extent Tim's little "meep" during said crunching lingered with me after reading, I couldn't help but think that Tim somehow knew Kon was so angry because he was thinking of Tim's clothes being in that bag.

Ah, yes. Avoiding the 'cliche and nonsense' was the whole point of this fic, because the recipient and I both get a little uncomfortable with the oversexualized way prostitution for the Mission is portrayed in Bat-fandom. Thank you! I'm glad Kon's worry for Tim still came across without it being a slap in the face.

Tim is a clever boy, he probably knew exactly what Kon was thinking. Though Tim might also chew him out later for using excessive force, but Kon thinks the guy deserved it.
