[Prior to this video, it's possible that a few people on level 6 had the pleasure of hearing Dally punching at his walls to the point of busting a few fist-sized holes in them. And then, bloody knuckles and all, he's literally tearing through the halls with his item. He only has the voice option on so you can't see it, but he's legitimately pushing ( Read more... )

[Spam] So. Wanna punch Narvin? (Since its been brought up in a few PWMs) timesbureaucrat September 22 2011, 01:45:50 UTC
[Narvin grits his teeth harder and harder with each thump on the wall, his irritation building. At last he abandons his attempt at getting work done, drops his handheld computer on the coffee table with a little more force than necessary, and stalks out to the hallway to tell his hoodlum neighbour to pipe down.]

[Spam] But of course, if the offer stands. :D failed_bluff September 22 2011, 05:21:16 UTC
[Dallas tears out of his room (slamming the door, obviously) just in time to see Narvin exiting from the next room. Of course all the thumping about would disturb the neighbor. Dallas could care less.]

Save it, old man. I'm not in the mood for your bullshit.

Old--? [Narvin sputtered. He was only on his second regeneration! He steps aggressively in front of Dallas.]

Listen, boy, I have had quite enough of your rackets and your tantrums and your damned graffiti on the door... [He has not forgotten the graffiti on the door.]

[Dallas is already blind with a mixture of intense sorrow and fury at Johnny for leaving. Fighting has always been his only real way out. Without giving any real thought to it, his hand clenches into a fist, he pulls back his arm, and throw a heavy punch right to Narvin's gut.]

I told you I wasn't in the mood for your bullshit! Get the hell outta my way.

[Hoffman is on his way back from the top deck. Hands in his pockets, mind elsewhere, he spots Johnny before he gets the note on his communicator.]

...Kid?

[By this point, Dally has gotten quite a bit of his anger out. He's punched his neighbor, pushed half the Barge out of his way--you know, the usual fun stuff. His bleeding knuckles grip at the railing tightly and his teeth are clenched, but he's calmed down to the point where he can simmer quietly.]

What?

Just fuckin' peachy. What's it matter to you?

[After seeing Dally's message, the Doctor takes off looking for him practically immediately.]

[Dallas has made his way up to the deck, leaving a path of destruction through the Barge. By this point, his physical anger has run dry, but he's less than relaxed, punching lightly and aimlessly at the railing while staring off into space.]

[He runs up to Dally. Or jogs quickly, holding on his hat. He joins him at the rail.]

It's not fair. I hate it when this happens. What it does to people...

[Dally doesn't look up. He's expected the Doctor to show up quickly, and here he is. He just grips the rail and continues to stare straight ahead, eyebrows knitted as he tries to piece together some meaningful sentences.]

Outta all of 'em...Outta everyone here, why'd it have to be him?

[And then yeah]

So when you're done having your rant about it, have broken a few things and need to catch your breath again, what are you going to do about it?

[This is the closest to empathizing that he ever gets, unfortunately]

Find a way outta here, that's what. Inmates leave all the time without graduating. The Admiral ain't smart enough to build the perfect prison. There's gotta be some way out.
