People of the barge, it is with grief I today announce saddening news to you all. As many of you well know, our friend Sergeant Howie left the barge many weeks ago having done the proud task of graduating his inmate. In such cases, many wardens return to their homes. I think that is what many say

I do not think so. I am not priest, but I do not know who else shall.

But someone should step up to direct the service.

It is so. I would like to have one, but if not the service shall continue. We may have to elect someone to be in charge of it.
