The weird thing is that the most popular preachers are the mongrel ones. The ones that don't know shit about anything BUT what they imagine the Bible says. I have a feeling they can't even understand that very well either, but they get their talking points together and they can't be stopped.

You know they feel terribly put upon and persecuted by liberals and gays in this country. That's the problem: In that past when large groups of people felt persecuted in the name of their religion, they migrated. Now they stay and play with their toes, believe whatever Bush says and vote their "values". Which at the values of chimps...

The only rumor I've heard is that New Orleans and thousands, maybe millions of people are being punished by God for the sin that takes place in NO. I'd be thinking the sin of poverty, but I think they have different sins in mind: maybe the sin of thinking they are morons is the worst one of all.

Wow. Reminds me of http://www.godhatsfags.com and how that dumbass keeps spending all his time ranting and raving about how the tsunami was wonderful because it killed some gay people. And that the bombs killing soldiers in Iraq is the bomb (forgive the non-pun) because there are gays in the military. And that 9/11 was awesome because gay people were there and died.

I'm a Christian, don't get me wrong, but I really wish that my "fellows" would quit ruining it for the rest of us.

Ha, I dont hate christians really, I just hate people who do shit like that, it's sad that such a small minority with such extreme ideals happen to have the biggest mouths. They make it seem like they're representing everyone.
