Partner Search Directory and Matchups

The List - the information is on there IC (except for the OOC comment part, of course) but the wording is not so much.
The Info:
• This is a voluntary service. Characters will be listed only if they want to be, and will fill out the below form for entry.
• Namatame, Neku, and Yuuri will be working together on this, gathering the information of interested people seeking partners.
• Characters will be able to browse the list and check out available meisters and weapons to contact if they desire...OR, Namatame, Neku, and Yuuri will also be playing Partnership Matchmaker--swords to swordsmen, experienced fighters to people seeking experienced fighters, etc. This is tentative, of course, and not all suggested matches may work out but it's intended as a starting place to help people find partners rather than a definitive pairing and more CR is never bad.
• This will also play a part in morning training! This is awesome because weapons can learn how to transform at training and then jump into the partnership thing. Training will now include a partnership log in which matched-up guests will be able to try and resonate with each other and otherwise determine how compatible they are for actual partnership. To be matched up, you must be on the list; otherwise if you want to be in the log, just tag in wherever you want.
The Form:
Name: Self-explanatory.
Age: Also self-explanatory.
Designation (Meister/Weapon): If unknown, getting this checked is advisable.
Meister ability/Weapon form: If unknown, just put "Unknown." Figuring this out is also advisable, especially for weapons. If any weapon abilities are known, note those too!
Affiliations: The Watch, SEES, clinic, etc.
Notes/Preferences:
Combat: Previous experience/notes about resonation, preferred weapon forms/meister experience, etc.
Partnerships: Things you're looking for in a meister/weapon/partner (or looking to avoid, too)--do you want somebody outgoing? Strict? A jokester? Do you want to get involved in the war, or is this purely for self-defense? Are you interested in support weapons? Do you mean to fight at all?
Would you like to be notified of potential matches through the DEMISE network?: Again self-explanatory.
OOC Notes: If there are any additional OOC comments or notes, like if the character wants a serious partner and the player wants a more easygoing partner for him/her instead or if the player already has somebody in mind.
Please fill this out IC, as if your character were the one writing--except for the OOC section, obviously!
Also, please provide notification if you have a character on this list and one of the following happens:
• The character is dropped.
• The character finds a partner.
• The character will not be in the training/partnership logs (or just the partnership log) for any IC or OOC reason.
• The character changes preferences for any reason (change from meister to weapon or vice versa, IC developments, and so on).
• Meisters discover their meister abilities, and weapon forms who didn't know their weapon form figure it out.
This makes things a lot easier, and it helps ensure nobody gets matched up with an unavailable or incompatible character.
