Assorted things
Currently there's again the yearly arts & crafts-market in town. Most of the stuff is a) too expensive b) nothing I'd have a use for anyway c) both but it's always nice to look at...and well they do have some stuff.
There is always this very nice man who sells various stuff made from wood and who will give you an elaborate lecture on what kind of wood you are just purchasing and where it comes from. And he has these awesome hair-clasps...which hold ALL OF MY HAIR AND I DON'T HAVE TO THROW THEM AWAY AFTER THE SECOND USE BECAUSE THEY CAPITULATED BEFORE MY MASSES OF HAIR:
First world problems. I have them.
(That wood by they way is amaranth. The trees grow in South America and the prettiest red-shades in Columbia...because yes that wood is that read naturally)
I also bought new shoes. Not on the market but in a shoe-store. More exactly in the kids-department of a shoe-store (which went up to size 42 WTF?) But hey they are just plain black sandals so why not?
Dominance! And I can't see the Coli anymore (towards the end I just threw dragons at anybody who wanted them because my fingers hurt to much XD). Now I intend to check if 'reselling genes you got for the discount' is as lucrative as everybody says.
After having my AO3-account for about a year I thought I could actually start uploading my tatort-fics there. And after the first I realized that a) they were all written for the advent callendar and are therefore...well very christmasy. And it feels weird uploading them in August and more importantly b) half of them weren't betaed because I finished them last minute anybody willing to give them a read-through? If I promise to look up German punctuation rules beforehand and go through them myself first? Fandom-knowledge not necessary?
In amusing news: Endeavour! I know in my manifest I talked about it more than Morse or Lewis so that's one reason how I managed to convince at least one person to give it a try but I assume the other was that my manifest basically read: look! this show is full of pretty people with a tragic past who suffer a lot more through the show.

In less amusing news: Endeavour! Hear my warnings and never co-mod tumblr fandom-blogs because a) you will have to go through all the tags regularly and there's only so much 12 year old roleplayers, people who don't even know the names of the actors and people convinced that the BBC is the only television channel in the UK before you want to torch things and b) if you're especially lucky you will also have co-mods bother to work only on every second full-moon and then not even tag the things properly. Sometimes I'm so tempted to just leave and let them deal with it...
