The threatened write-up of my time with Kindle Unlimited and the British Crime Library Classics. I am going to skip those where my opinion boils down to “This is nice if you like that sort of thing” (aka the Freeman Wills Crofts I read and the short story collections) and only do some highlights/lowlights/high WTF-factor ones

That's coz not!Holmes didn't explain to him how to deal with his homosexual urges. Too bad.

Oxford undergraduates actually sound charming, in a way I don't personally feel compelled to act upon but am feeling happy on your behalf :D

This book might have been saved by people acting on their homosexual urges.

Tbh when somebody went "Do you have recommendations for books in which posh people kill each other?" I would not put the undergraduates on the list but I was very charmed because "Famous Five but with murder and fewer boys" is one of my deep and secret* desires.

*now it's obviously less secret
