A little higher than normal for me, but normal call volume for the office for the day. Higher than normal for the hour.

MB is out all week, and Kacy's manning the front desk, which means for all intents and purposes I'm solo on the phones. ShoreTel has a call history you can access, and export to Excel. All I had to do was note the cell number and do some basic subtraction.
