MOTHERF*****G HELL, I'm not kidding, there's something seriously wrong with my back! I have a pretty bad back, too. May I suggest getting a massage (look up massage / natural therapy schools in your area, as they usually make their students do clinic hours just before they get their bit of paper, which means you can get a good massage, for significantly less money.), and taking anti-inflamatories. Something like naproxen sodium (chemical name, as brand names change), or ibuprofen should help.

I took some pills (don't know which ones) and got a massage, zhich did wonders, really. I guess my back was reacting to the hot weather and me popping in and out of buildings with airconditioning. I just hope it doesn't do it again. Thaks for all the suggestions.

Awww I'm sorry you have bad trip luck. My back's been bothering me lately as well, though not as much.

That Doctor Who was really... wow. I was like OMG Cybermen AND Daleks, this is gonna kick ass.

Feel better and have a wonderful time! ^_^

Ooooh, I'm so curious what happened in Doctor Who yesterday. Don't tell me, I don't want to know! :-) I guess I'll find out in three weeks.

I often throw out my back in the "slept the wormng way" type thing....try putting some tennis balls or something smaller under your back and roll over them...it'll save you money on a massage. Hope it helps!
