I would like to take this opportunity to state that my job is a disgrace to all professions, educational programs and hardworking people struggling to collect a decent wage. And the terrible thing is: I don't care. I'm the luckiest son of a bitch in the world and I refuse to feel guilty about it

I did my internship there in my final year in college (I studied social work), but, strangely enough, they don't require you to have a college degree. It certainly helps if you do have one, of are doing social studies or have experience in the area, but it's not necessary. I suppose it's more your personality and people skills that matter. I really think it's odd, because it pays just as much as my previous job, where I was being payed according to my degree ... and I was ten times more miserable.
So, if you fit the profile, sure, you could work here. :-)
