Where did all the innocence go?
I can't sleep because I cannot shut my damn brain up... It keeps thinking about stuff, random, meaningless stuff. But now it's almost 4am and I can't make it stop! I'm going to be so tired tomorrow...
PS - I want Subway.
4:50am EDIT - One hour later; same problem. Problems I should say, cause now I want Subway even more. Woe is me. -
When the day is fresh I'm coming home again...
So I just got home from a surprise party dedicated to me, and I couldn't be happier! I'd always wanted a surprise party and I just didn't see this one coming. Paint over pictures on the wall
It's amazing how quickly a phone call from Hannah can change my day. From being totally bummed all Sunday and just waiting to sleep the rest of it away, to feeling so happy and so loved in a matter of seconds. Oh and as an addendum, reading psychology texts about emotional intelligence and then staying up so late leads to way too much thinking. I've come to realize that I no longer feel like I have more than a single meaningful, deep connection with someone. This is something I'd really like to change. So, I had my first paralyzing night terror type dream today. It was very strange, and as the name would imply... *ahem*, terrifying. It's a pretty vivid memory even though it happened hours ago, I guess dreams like this stick with you for much longer than the norm... so, on to the story ( Read more... ) -

New semester seems pretty good so far. More balanced schedule, which is nice. It's funny how little desire I have to use this when I'm happy and perfectly content with life. It took months but everything is as it should be, needless to say, I love it. -
You're all theory, no action
Yep, that was incredible... Just got home, and for the first time in a long while said a goodbye that wasn't depressing... tomorrow should be even better, and I expect that's a trend that will continue for a long time now :) -
I know it's long, but read it!
Words cannot describe how refreshing the past few days have been... I feel like an entirely new person, just revitalized beyond belief. And to top it off, in 5 more days Hannah will be here and I think I will just explode in to rays of deliciously happy sunshine.
