This morning my weight is 217.8 but considering all the junk I've been eating during this Holiday week, I'll take it! I'm happy I didn't gain more than that.
Fluctuations of a pound or two are virtually irrelevant, as they could be due as much to changes in water weight or whether you've used the bathroom lately as to actual changes any percent bodyfat. So if it's up a bit, don't stress too much, and if it's down a bit, don't slack off.
