It's been a year and now we're actually starting to look for a house!
So, we are in a situation right now where we can begin the process of actually looking for a house to BUY! Wahoo! It's scary, confusing, nerve-wracking, among many other adjectives to say the least. I am ignorant of anything that is related to home buying and/or ownership. The jargon is unfamiliar to me.
But next weekend we have an appointment to meet with a realtor to see this house:

We are looking to migrate closer to Lancaster as that is where Michael works. I can't wait to check out this property.
