lol i actually just watched the pilot b/c i can never have enough hot brother fighting on tv in my life ;D and bonus that these are vampire brothers who hate each score! yeah that's really what i'm watching for and the hope of some threesome action *wink wink* lol

And come on, who's not glued on tv during thursday night. While waiting for Sam and Dean, why not check out Stefan and Damon, right?

exactly! lol although i do with he said his name stefan with an "f" sound instead of a "ph" sound but *shrugs* oh well.

Well, we've got to remember it's only the pilot.. the set up for things to come.. and well they ARE in high school, so you've got to expect that kind of thing.
I felt it was pretty good, and i do think it will get better as we go along.

I didn't say I didn't like the whole HS stuff. Yes, I know they are in HS so it is a given. What I was saying was the whole dark vibe was OVERSHADOWED by the forced love story between Elena and Stefan. Why couldn't they just introduced the characters first before pushing us too much to like them together?

The book is much better with S/E, IMHO.

Hm yeah, i think they didn't do it the way from the books, because that would be too Twilightish? And they didn't want to take that risk, also that people might think "Wtf is this girl doing" LOL

I think I had too high expectations as well. I enjoyed the show enough AND the music which was amazing. That alone would have me continue watching LOL but the show was good and I do think that it's going to get better each episode...

I also really love Damon :)

I think it's because SPN is a great show and to be th SPN "partner" it should be great, too.

The music is awesome, I agree. NODS
