Not one new employee, but three? That's great. You'll get a lot more done, and maybe you could even expand. And I think giving classes is an awesome idea. Put something up on your website and advertise in the Village Voice - I bet you'd get a lot of offers.

The word 'proud' does come to mind. As well as 'flabbergasted'. If it's popular, you might want to think of giving lessons on different nights of the week.
