Has it gotten easier for you giving yourself the shot? Or is it still really difficult for you? Also, thanks. I hope that I can go with him for the first couple in the office, to learn how to do it too.

Well, a year ago this month it was starting to get easier, then I had a set-back. I was ubber stressed out and I guess not breathing right when a friend gave me the shot and sent me into a full blown asthma attack and I don't have asthma! Scared the shit outta me. I'm used to the pinch now, and slowly becoming accustomed to alternating the stabbing areas like I was supposed to from the beginning, but didnt because I am a scaredy cat and don't know that much about medical stuff and scarring tissue. So it might take 10 years, but I have made progress. I have a set of 17 friends/acquaintances who have given me shots. lol. I can teach a person how to do it, like the nurse prac showed me. I just cannot stab myself, but I will fill the syringe. I wish my shot-giving friends who are queens lived closer, for with my queen fetish/obsession, I am so much more calmer around them. lol. Drag is my drug. I find it amusing how much calmer I am around them. total mood alter. They don't even have to be in drag. It's their personality and aura.
