As some may know my car died right before FAU. I considered fixing it but I think the problems now exceed the value. I'm looking for a used car to replace it, so if anyone knows something $1000 and under lemme know about it.

Isn't there some way you can have the current owner take the car in for an inspection PRIOR to purchase? I mean, I know it's only a car worth a grand, but that's a lot of cash to waste aon a problem in the gearbox that you can't see from the outside.

Most wont do that when trying to just get rid of something, but no worries. Sometimes you just need to know where to go!

What's wrong with the foxwagon? How did it die?

I'll keep an eye out for something for you. I know Skippy's planning to get a new car, and probably will sell his Toyota, but I'm not sure what he'd want for it. Probably more than 1k.

No thanks! As I understand it he had a lot of issues with that. What happened was I got a blowout and pulled into a parking lot and for some reason my brakes failed at that moment. I hit a high curb and the radiator went. It had other annoying issues beforehand.
