The Pentamerone!
Ground Floor:
1.
Lobby - specifically, Security Desk in the lobby where the on duty Security Guard can keep an eye on people coming in and out the main entrance
2. Meeting Room - nice and roomy for those Gilmore-esque Town Tale Meetings.
3. Lounge - Imagine your own assortment of pool tables, pinball machines, couches, TVs, stereos and possibly a little stage in the l-shaped space between the two bathrooms.
4. Groundskeeper's Apartment - pretty self-explanatory: full kitchen, spacious bedroom (4a) with enough space for some equipment storage.
4a - George Woodruff, Groundskeeper/Building Super
5. Security Guard Apartment - also pretty self-explanatory. The main apartment is more crowded but there's room to stretch out in the Master Bedroom (5a) with the second bedroom (5b) slightly smaller.
5a - Bob Trowbridge, Security Guard (bad cop)
5b - John Fields, Security Guard (good cop)
6. Main Kitchen - filled with food and fire! 2 Fridges, a stove, dishwasher, double sinks, microwave and various other things that I probably forgot. As of now, the only thing it doesn't include is a live-in chef.
7. Dining Area - I don't know if it'll actually be a big-ass table like that, but the idea is that between the dining room table, the corner booth and the stools at the counter, there's room for about 15-20 people to eat at a time.
8. Stairs - that lead upstairs

NOTE: It can be assumed (though not shown) that temporary rooms have twin beds, closet space and generally room for a desk - depending on how creatively residents arrange their furniture. Think a dorm room in college, though take out the stale gym locker smell. Temporary apartments have a kitchenette with a sink, microwave and mini-fridge. As for permanent apartments, each common room includes a full kitchen, generally with a stove, sink, microwave, full fridge and sometimes also a dishwasher. There's generally enough space in the common area for a couch and TV, sometimes also a desk. Actual layouts may vary, since I just put a little of the furniture in for show. Bedrooms can probably accommodate a full or queen sized bed and include closets and space for a desk or couch. All hallways and apartment common rooms have hardwood floors and all bedrooms have carpeting.

Fourth Floor:
0. Main Stairwell
1. Library - As expected, it's big. Reading area towards the top, stacks towards the bottom, central couches and things.
2. Legal Office - Due to the legal complexities of keeping the Pentamerone running, the Resident Lawyer has their
own office, complete with waiting area (2a) full of bookshelves for all the requisite legal books.
3. Patricia's Office - The Modern Librarian's office is (suffice it to say)
Quite Ultra Modern, complete with a
waiting room (3A) and a desk for her Servant Personal Assistant (3B)
4. Velvet's Office - The Arabic Librarian's office has
a very eastern feel. There's no receptionist, but she does have a
waiting area (4a).
5. Noah's Office - For our Aesop's Librarian, we have an office with a more
woodsey feel. Like Velvet's office, there's a cozy little
waiting area (5a) too.
6. Anser's Office - Anser's Office is more like a small sweatshop, really.
Anser's personal office has a classic office-y vibe to it, and features an Aquarium (though he may not have room in his heart for fish).
6a. Anser's
Waiting Room - Delilah's desk is opposite the door and to her left is a rug that serves as a bed for her dog, and to her right is a cabinet full of hunting rifles. (The room's actual decor may vary, it just seemed appropriate at the time).
6b. The Sweatshop - (That's just the working title, of course) - This is the
smaller office for all of Anser's Minions Slaves Assistant Librarians.
7. File Room - This room contains files on things ranging from past and current incarnations of tales to the day to day operation of the Pentamerone itself - the room is only accessible by folks who work at the Pentamerone and it should be assumed the the doors are otherwise locked.
8. Smaller Offices - The Pentamerone is a busy place, and it's only fitting that there be more offices on this, the administration level.
2 smaller offices are down the end of the hall and there's a tiny waiting area that connects to the tiny bathroom that's easily accessible to those in the offices, as well as Anser's Assistant Librarians (assuming he unshackles them from their desks for regular bathroom breaks).
8a. Maintenance - This is the office George Woodruff uses when handling the building's maintenance needs.
8b. Accounting - This is the office used by Elena Morales for various accounting things.
Fifth Floor:
Not Pictured
The fifth floor hasn't been fully Simmed yet, and it's not really on the agenda just yet. Suffice it to say, the living quarters of Librarians are pretty sweet. There are 5 apartments up there: one for each of the four librarians and a fifth apartment designated for 'ambassador' visits. Since 2 librarians don't live on site, there's been some shuffling around. Anser's apartment (3 bedroom, 2 bath) and Patricia's apartment (2 bedroom, 2 bath) take up the front half of the floor, and the other two 'Librarian' apartments (2 bedrooms each) are currently vacant and can be used to receive formal company. The 5th apartment is smaller (1 bedroom, 1 bath) but still quite swanky and currently inhabited by Soo Min.
