This is so bizarre - I just went to check the tracking on all the international Egg Moon parcels that I sent via priority, and there is NO tracking info, not even for people who have confirmed receipt, and there's not info of the parcels being scanned at ANY point! - it's so frustrating to pay for more and get none of the extra services promised and apparently, even slower shipping time than usual or on par with first class international. I am so sorry - the other two Canadians did receive their parcels, which were sent out when yours was. But should you want bottles of anything, I will do my best to assure you get them (and I am nearly 100% sure I can still get you bottles if you end up wanting any). So, that's the deal with Egg Moon etc decants. As for Lust v7, I do believe I included it in that parcel, as it was flat rate under 4 lbs so I tried to send any bottles in the priority boxes that I could. But, if not, let me know and I'll include it in your next parcel, as you have a few (C2E2, Panther Moon) shipping out very soon

Thank you so, so, SO very much for this. *hugs & tears* I feel at a loss, bc so much has happened (both in my personal life and in terms of so many BPAL events back-to-back) beyond my control or because I was trying to acquire more specialties for people, and some people have seen that as me being negligent, rude, swaplifting, etc. I will never be viewed in the same light by many as a result, and that makes me very sad, bc I don't think I have changed my MO other than being less prompt to respond than usual

Is there anything I can do to help you with this? I *completely* understand the freeze-up that can happen when one person contacts you a bazillion times, so maybe it would help you to have a third party to contact people who need updates?
Like, maybe you could give me a list of who's still owed items, and maybe any status updates you might have, and I can just send them quick messages touching bases? It can mean so much to even the most freaked-out people, to just get some kind of a little personal note.

I think part of the problem you may be running into is that you're working with quite a few people who have not been members of the community as long as you have (I'm only at about 2 1/2 years, myself), and for whom your previous good reputation is not standing up in relation to the two+ month delay that they are currently experiencing. If they've only been around for a few months, and have watched the recent incidents with swaplifts and such go on...well, there's no faith to be had, as there's been no time to have built it up
