You create around you this great swirling cloud of humor, friendship and fun. You've got a plenty serious side, but the joy of living is never too far from the surface for you. You've been my constant friend, even as our lives have gone through great transitions. You're one of the few people I can let my guard down around.

I love that you're always willing to put yourself out in the name of friendship. You go places, arrange things, and really follow through on what it means to be a friend. I'm hoping that when you come back you'll live slightly closer (?!) and we can see each other more than we had before!
