Eimear Quinn ... I didn't know she was still around. I know her from 30 years or so back ... did she win Eurovision? I'm not sure.

yes she won in 1996 with The Voice. She was a kid back then. She is certainly still around recording but I think it's mostly Christmas stuff. She put out a new album a year or so ago which I have a few songs from but it's because I follow her that I know the news. I am not sure HOW widely known she is.

I loved - and still love - The Voice.

For the last couple of years my celebration of Christmas consists of doing some decorating around the house and that's about it.
The family hasn't included me with anything.
This year I have to work Christmas, so that dampens any desire to do much.
Too bad we can't get together and celebrate. :)
WOW, those gallery shows really book in advance, 2027? :o :o :o

I‘m glad you could still find things to be thankful for and it helped you feel better. I hope next year you are in a better place with no Eric. Maybe his girlfriend will take him in!

Thanks...there's sad news on the girlfriend of Eric front. She's had cancer which was in remission but now has come back rather aggressively with a long road of chemo ahead so I doubt a romantic relationship will be taking place between them and at least not one where he will be living with her. He's been doing all he can to keep himself locked up in his room only coming out to go to the bathroom or make his meals. So there's at least that.
