Thought I'd pop, say "hi", and befriend you! I'm an irretrivable history geek who has and uncurable addiction to chocolate. I also seem to spend ridiculous amounts of time on the internet, so you'll probably see me around here quite often.

Did I mention that your adeptness in French fascinates me? Three years of Spanish have given me only a minor comprehension of the language.

Thanks for adding me, we seem to have a lot of similar interests! I also spend way too much time on the internet, I'm always on.

I used to take Spanish in 5th-7th grade. I know some numbers...that's about it, haha. But I wouldn't say I can understand French all that well, just very basic comprehension so far! But since I'm new to it, I take every opportunity to use it.

And you're so lucky that you're going to one of Libba's signings. I cannot deny that I am jealous that she hasn't visited anywhere near where I live. But have fun and I do hope you'll blog about the experience! ;)

P.S. - I also really love Aphrodite/Venus as well!

My parent's relented to take me because they've seen how many times I read her books and obsess around her blog. I live in CT and we always look for an excuse to go to the city...
I'm a bit of a Greek mythology freak although I felt so stupid when I forgot the 'h' in aphrodite! So I'm aprodite now,
I know we'll be good friends ;)

Well, I think you're very lucky to live near New York City. Lots of opportunities, I would think!

And I actually didn't notice the lack of h - I think people see the whole word and don't really notice, haha.

I'm certainly glad we "met" :)
