I just got sent home from work because I'm having an allergy attack so bad I'm a little worse than useless right now. This is getting somewhat ridiculous; it's just regular seasonal allergies, and as bad as they are, if I still worked in an office I'd just turn my phone off and glare at my coworkers. Gah, I'm right there with you. On things to do, I love ALJ tablets, but haven't been able to find them in town lately. The internet provides all but it's not an immediate solution that way.

ah I'm allergic to mold too, and I'm just getting over bronchitis!!

I take zyrtec..they just made it over the counter a few weeks ago, I think it works. If I don't take it everyday I usually break out in hives.

now ever since I've been sick I've been given an inhaler (I don't know what all you take already) but it really helps me breath..but it was really expensive with insurance so I dunno. the health center also gave me sudafed (the kind you have to ask for) and that makes me feel better as well.

I've had fewer problems since I switched my metabolic process over from phosphate-chain to souls. I require less oxygen meaning I only breathe when I need to speak.

In truth, it's been one of my very best plans .. evar.
