I love the Peacock Feathers pattern. It's on my list of things to knit once I can afford to get a cone of Jaggerspun Zephyr in the color I want.

I fully support you getting that Jaggerspun as soon as possible, then. It's a lovely shawl, not an overly-complex pattern, and I think you'd knock it out in no time.

Hmmm...it might be a more worthwhile way of spending my first "yay, I finally have a job even if it is soul-sucking" paycheck than my original idea (sock yarn takes up more space and takes longer to knit).
