Cliff seems the obvious choice, but a cliff over a large jungle waterfall would be ideal.

A helicopter might be nice, but an old-school WWII propeller airplane would be spectacular (imagine the fight scene for that!).

I'd say "a moving bus," but I think they pulled something similar in one of the recent Mummy movies.

Aw, someone else already said "moving train." Though my complete one was "off a moving train traveling over a high bridge over (possibly troubled) waters." Does that count as a different one?
