Hehe. You do realize you are following a Norwegian recipe, right? I wouldn't expect it to be much of anything but bland. Looks like an awesome night though and I mightily approve of the cock sauce!

I think we discussed cheese for our seconds but had none. Cheese instead of the eggy mixture would have been much better.
