Help me pick some pictures!

So I am maybe/probably entering the Champaign County Parks District photo contest thinger (insert a lot of babbling about how I don't think my pictures are very contesty here) and I'm having trouble narrowing it down to three pictures. Input appreciated. And if there's a picture you've seen on my flickr that you think is way better than these, let

by far my fave is #2 and I really like the derby shot and the mannequins

while I love me some moneys, I am not thrilled with the composition of it

I like #1, 2, 6, and 7. I don't think & is too creepy.

On a related note, I was in Alembic the other day, drinking and looking at their bitters, and decide I want to make some too! Is there another site where you talk about your project? Any "Bitters-Making" online communities I should know about?

Also, would you be interested in swapping samples? I have to get tiny bottles for this. Also I have to go down to BevMo and buy several kinds so I can figure out what I want them to turn out like. But we've had great success with our galangal infusion and are looking to branch out into bitters this year.

I could certainly swap samples. I only have the Earl Grey left though. Have you started your project yet?

Next time I think i'll do some cooking down of ingredients after infusing them. I think all my bitters taste great but could be heavier bodied. Not sure how to make that work.
