Somewhere between mildly stressed and highly stressed

Today was OK for me but it went a touch pear shaped this evening. I worked for Mike during the day, Mum and Dad saw Gma this morning and she was ok (relatively speaking). However, when my sister and nephew visited this afternoon Gma had a bad turn and her heart rate dropped again from a too low to much too low. Mass panic ensued within the family,
